Doesn't adding the implementation tag make the website heavy to load?

The tags added to each page are around one or two kbs, so it does not effect the server's load time. The influence on page weight is extremely small.

Does it support multiple sites/multiple servers?

SiteCatalyst can support multiple sites or servers. It is also possible to measure two or more sites as one site.

Can it integrate information managed by other systems?

With SiteCatalyst's import and export functions, it is possible to use it in cooperation with other systems.

Is streaming also supported?

It is possible to track flash files. Regarding other streaming files, viewing of file contents (downloading) can be tracked, but specific player functions (stop, rewinding, etc.) cannot be tracked.

Can it be used in an SSL environment without trouble?

Not a problem. If the displayed page is in HTTP, the analysis data is transmitted to a SiteCatalyst server in HTTP format. If HTTPS then it is sent via HTTPS format.

Does it support third party cookies?

3rd party cookies are supported.

How many account users are supported?

The SiteCatalyst system initially supports 25 users, but it is possible to add to that number in the options menu. In addition, individual users can be assigned different access privileges.

Are two or more campaigns of the same name manageable?

Since campaigns are managed by their ID designation, as long as that is unique the campaigns will be managed separately even if the display name and time period are identical.

Can analysis reports be compiled using customer attribute information?

It is possible. For instance, if the membership numbers for specific users can be linked to their sex, it is possible to use it in the analysis.

What is the privacy policy?

SiteCatalyst is based on P3P(※) and does not collect and compile an individuals information.

How many years is the data maintenance period?

The standard is 3 years. There is an option to extend this maintenance period.
